Chapel in the Pines

Chapel in the Pines is a multi-denominational worship ministry to the Logan Martin Lake Community and surrounding area. From the first Sunday in May through the last Sunday in September, we have lakeside services at Pine Harbor at 8:30am each week. People come by car, boat, golf cart, bicycle and foot to worship by the lake in God’s unique sanctuary.

A brief 30-minute service featuring the “old hymns,” a prayer, special music, an offering, a sermon and some very special fellowship makes for a meaningful experience. The offerings go to help caring ministries and helping agencies in the greater Pell City area. Each week, the sermons are provided by a different area minister. Since founding this ministry in the mid 1960’s, we have led this ministry with the guidance of an ecumenical board of directors.
